Gloria has been in the graphic arts industry since 1976. She began as manager of the composition department for Saturday Evening Post at Curtis Publishing. Her next position was working in the marketing department at Kroger’s Regional Office. She was soon hired away, by one of the local printing companies, as an account executive. She quickly realized the limitations put on her clients by trying to work with only one printer. After a few years of hard work and learning every facet of the business, she started Print Directions.
"I saw the limitations based on equipment and personnel first hand. I knew there was a need for more options and I knew there was a better way to meet my clients' requirements. So I founded Print Directions to fill those needs."
Her experience in graphic arts and knowledge of running a business combine to make a company that understands your bottom line.
Marty is a graduate of Miami University and began her professional career at Procter & Gamble in Customer Service. She and her husband have three wonderful daughters, two in college and one in high school. While raising children, Marty volunteered regularly at their school. She has served as church treasurer since 2003, and rejoined the work force in 2010, as the office manager for Print Directions.
“I certainly learned how to deal with a multitude of customer concerns and questions at Procter & Gamble. I feel that experience will help me benefit Print Directions' clients, through increased communication and attention.”
